Aging-in-place & Assisted Living

We believe basic movement is the key to life as we age. So, we provide routines specifically geared to those bed-bound, rehabbing from illness or surgery, or those just aging in place.

We offer balance and fall prevention, memory routines, over 100-bed (yes, bed) exercises, and even basic movement at two levels from a chair, and a third using a chair for balance. No equipment is ever used and no one ever gets down on the floor.
