1. Open the Health App

On your iPhone, find and open the Health App (it comes pre-installed).

2. Check Apple ID

Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID account that you use on your iPhone. This ensures seamless syncing. Activity and syncing.

Download and Install the FAM App:

Visit the official FAM app at Appstore to download and install the app on your device.

Connect the FAM App with Apple Health (HealthKit):

1. Open the FAM app on your iPhone.

2. Go to the Profile option.

3. Select Sync with Health App

4. Follow the on-screen instructions and grant the necessary permissions for data sharing (e.g., Steps, Calories, Heart Rate, Distance, Activities).

5. Once permissions are allowed, your data will automatically sync between the FAM app and Apple Health.

For Android 14 and Above: Health Connect is integrated into the Android system. You can access it by navigating to Settings > Apps > Health Connect.

For Android 13 and Below: Download and install the Health Connect app from the Google Play Store.
